Only what you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, email, phone, country of residence, approximate budget, investment horizon, project stage of interest and your message. For security we also log the IP address and browser used to submit it.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and advise you on investment opportunities that match what you are looking for. We do not build marketing lists or send communications you did not ask for.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and the data protection rules applicable in your country.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. It is only shared with the project developer if you decide to move forward with a reservation, and with the technical providers that run the site: the hosting server, Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection) and Telegram (internal notification of new enquiries).
How long we keep it
For as long as the business relationship lasts, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by messaging us on WhatsApp. We reply within 15 days.
Cookies
The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
